SuperM – First Mini Album

2

Untitled

The highly anticipated debut of SM’s power group is finally here. Many fans were excited and many were nervous about the high focus on the American market as this group features a lot of K-pop fan’s fav’s from SM groups SHINee, EXO and NCT. Quite honestly some of the best artist’s in K-pop, there was a lot riding on this release so how did it stand up to the hype? While I know and admire all of these members previously from their respective groups I wouldn’t consider myself a stan of any of them, but still I was very excited to see what this was all about.

Japanese Horror Movies

I’ve put together a few horror recommendations from Japanese movies I’ve watched over the years. Not all of these have a supernatural element because the scariest thing to me is anything supernatural, I can watch any gorey movie but as soon as you get the supernatural element I usually nope right out of there. Have you watched any of these? Are there any you want to check out for this spoopy season? Do you have any recommendations for me?

Oneus: Fly With Us

Oneus had their K-pop debut back in January and quickly became one of my new favourite groups with their debut track, Valkyrie, being one of my top songs of this year. They had their first comeback in May with the title track Twilight which I enjoyed although not as much as their debut, you can see my review of that mini album here.
This is their second comeback and third mini album, let’s see how I felt about it.

K-pop Songs for Different Moods

nuest

Untitled

I decided to compile a list of K-pop songs according to different moods, just for fun. These songs of course are mostly from my own personal tastes so please don’t be offended if your favs arn’t listed here, feel free to leave songs in the comments! I tried to take the sound of the song as well as the lyrics into consideration while categorising (I also tried to only have 1 song per artist per category), I hope you enjoy and maybe find something new that you like. Songs marked with a ♥ means it’s one of my all time favs and you should definitely check it out. (links lead to lyric videos on YouTube)
